Introduction
“The 5th South China International Exhibition of Timber、Artificial Board、Wood Floor、wood door and the Related Equipment” will be held in Chinese Export Commodities Fairground on Dec 8-10, 2005, It is to become the first exhibition of domestic and international timber、plywood、veneer board and veneer industry, providing an optional platform for information exchange and international trade.
With the fast development of China's economy, the demand for timber will increase continuously, the timber market demand of our country will reach 200 million cubic meters. By the year 2010, import volume will come up to 100 million cubic meters.
Our country has already become the big wood-based plate country of the world, according to the incomplete statistics, it has already built up more than 3000 wood-based-plate factories in the whole country, the total output of the wood-based plate had reached 45,533,600M3 in 2004，occupying the second place in the world，among which the fiberboard ranks in the first in the world.
With the development of the economy of our country, people's living standard is improving constantly, the demand for better living environment is increasing, this kind of trend will certainly promote the development of wood floor、wood door trades. Looking forward to 2005, we have every reason to believe that the development prospect on the timber and woodwork market will be more optimistic.

Why You Should Participate the Exhibition
1、Guangdong Province is Chinese timber consume large province, according to province timber association offer datum show, Guangdong Province import timber account for 1/4 of the whole nation’s total amount last year, among which saw material take the half of the national import volume and the import volume of log accounts for 17% of the whole country. with the national economy continuous growing and the Guangdong residents’ living standard constant improvement, rising to the demand of high-quality timber, especially the high-speed-developed furniture industry and decorating industry, it has offered the competitive market for the development of the timber、splint、decorations panel and plywood .

Registration procedure
1、Apply to participating enterprises will firstly fill in the application form and fax to Organizing Committee after seal and a director signing it;
2、Restricted by overall arrangement of the building in the exhibition room, so in the different position location of exhibition, the audience's visit results must be different to some extent. Exhibition location of choose is strictly to follow participating in the exhibition content、exhibition location area of size and priority order of time of registration fix. Namely exhibit area to be big、registration time early exhibitor have right of the exhibition location of the prior choice;
3、The manufacturer participant will get the formal “confirmation of stand” of Organizing Committee after confirming the exhibition location, in seven days must pay exhibition location fee to Organizing Committee after receive the confirmation form. To not paying the application manufacturer, Organizing Committee has been not reserved the exhibition location;
4、All exhibiter must pay off left fund before Nov 1, 2005, exhibiter that register after the Nov 1 ask lump-sum payment the whole fund, but the application of failing to pay the location fee of the exhibition in time is invalid. If it cancel, it is need to notify Organizing Committee by written form before Nov 1, whether already pay location fee of the exhibition forgive me for not returning.
Exhibition explain
1、Enterprises participating in the exhibition can't sublet to the third party by any way.
2、Forbid the fake and forged products to exhibit, Forbid the tort of the exhibit participating in the exhibition, the sponsor has the right to make punishment through relevant law enforcement agencies.
3、In order to exhibit the result wholly, the sponsor reserves the right to shift some exhibition location.
Propagate of plan
1、Post 500,000 invitations of the exhibition to the domestic and international professional buyer to preview the exhibition directly.
2、Throw in over 100 advertisements in the professional magazine and the newspaper.
3、Send E-mail to 100000 domestic and international enterprises、organization to inform the exhibition.
4、Releasing exhibition information through the TV and broadcast.
5、Update the exhibition webpage, release exhibition information.
6、Help to invite the professional audience through supporting the unit, organize the professional visiting party.
7、Grant the materials at Guangzhou Export Commodities Fairs of spring and autumn, and directly invite the professional buyer abroad to attend the meeting.
8、Through foreign commercial organization stationed in China to send relevant materials of the exhibition.
